Description:
Soapstone tablet shared by Rosannah McCarter Turner and Robert Turner, Sr. A large granite lawn-style marker in located in front of the tablet. The inscription for Rosannah McCarter Turner on the granite marker is as follows: TURNER/ROSANNAH MCCARTER/DIED SEPT. 6, 1830/AGED 86 YEARS/MARKER BY FAMILY 1997." The inscription for Robert Turner, Sr. on the granite marker is as follows: "TURNER/ROBERT, SR./DIED MAR. 28, 1824/AGED 85 YEARS/REVOLUTIONARY WAR PATRIOT/SERVED 1779 TO 1780-81/MARKER BY FAMILY 1997".
