Biography

John Kincaid is NOT buried in Bethel Cemetery.  This marker was installed many years after his death by someone who thought he was buried there but had no proof. Actually, after his first wife died, he remarried and is buried at Olney Presbyterian Church Cemetery, Gastonia, NC beside his second wife, Anna Gregory Kincaid.
John Kincaid is a Revolutionary War Soldier and fought in the Battle of Kings Mountain.
