Description:
Soapstone tablet with a granite lawn-style marker behind it. The tablet is in very poor condition; only a portion of the tablet is extant. The granite marker has the following inscription: "MARTHA SPENCE/WIFE OF/WILLIAM DAVIS/DIED MAY 20, 1840/AGED 77 YEARS".
