OBITUARY:
Mrs. Geralyn Griffin Ferrell, age 90, passed away at home surrounded by her family on Monday, May 12, 2025.
Mrs. Ferrell was born April 27, 1935, in Columbia, South Carolina, to the late Gerald Rhame Griffin and Lillian Lucas Griffin. She lived the first half of her life in Cayce, South Carolina, where she met her late husband of 68 years, William Thomas Ferrell.
In addition to her parents and her husband, she was
preceded in death by a brother and a great-grandson.
Survivors are a daughter, a son, two sisters, eight grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
A Memorial Service was held May 17, 2025, at Christ
Ridge PCA, Fort Mill, South Carolina, with the Revs. Nathan Ecarma and Leo Markwat officiating. Internment was at Bethel Church Cemetery, Clover, South Carolina.
