OBITUARY:
Mr. Thomas "Tommy" McCall, age 80, of Clover, South Carolina, died Wednesday, March 26, 2025, at Piedmont Medical Center, Rock Hill, South Carolina.
Mr. McCall was born December 18, l944, in Clover, South Carolina, to the late Samuel Scott McCall and Frankie Wood McCall.
Tommy worked as a barber in Clover for 61 years. He was also a member of the Clover Jaycees. Outside his work, Tommy found his greatest joy outdoors. An avid hunter and fisherman, he cherished every opportunity to be in nature. His love for the outdoors was only matched by his love for his family, and he made sure to pass down not just his skills, but also his deep appreciation for nature. Tommy was a devoted husband, father, grandfather and friend and will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
He was survived by his wife, Jane Westmoreland McCall, two sons, four grandsons, a sister, two brother-in-laws, a sister-in-law and the mother of his eldest son.
In addition to his parents, Tommy was preceded in death by a sister and a brother.
A Memorial Service was held on Saturday, March 29, 2025. at Bethel Presbyterian Church, Clover, South Carolina, with Rev. Chris Donnelly officiating. Internment was in Bethel Church Cemetery, Clover, South Carolina.
