OBITUARY:
Mrs. Carolyn Stewart Glenn of Clover, South Carolina, passed away at Atrium Health, Pineville, North Carolina, February 15, 2005.
She was born November 29, 1944, in Clover, South Carolina, to the late Lawrence Henderson Stewart and Eunice Ford Stewart. She was a 1963 graduate of Clover High School and enjoyed fellowship with great classmates. She went on to graduate from the School of Radiology, Charlotte, North Carolina, at what is now Carolinas Medical Center. She retired from Gaston Radiology, Gastonia, North Carolina.
Mrs. Glenn was a member of Redeeming Grace PCA, Lake Wylie, South Carolina, where she enjoyed singing in the choir, arranging flowers and helping to decorate the church for special occasions.
She is survived by her loving husband of 57 years, Joseph "Joe" Banks Glenn, and her son, Mark Damon Glenn. Also, she is survived by a brother-in-law and two sisters-in-law. Other survivors are many nieces, a nephew, great nieces and great nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her in laws, Leon and Mary Glenn, a sister, a niece and a brother-in-law.
Funeral service was held at Redeeming Grace PCA, Lake Wylie,South Carolina with the Rev. Henry H. Beaulieu officiating and interment was in Bethel Church Cemetery, Clover, South Carolina.
M. l. Ford and Sons handled the arrangements for the family of Mrs. Glenn.
