Biography
A private family graveside funeral service was held Sunday afternoon, September 26, 2021, at Bethel PCA Cemetery, Clover, South Carolina, with Rev. J. Marcus Van Vlake performing the service. "Ellie" was the daughter of Seth and Brittany Neely. She was also survived by a sister. Emilia Jane Neely.
