OBITUARY:
Jeremy Blake May, 21, of Charlotte, North Carolina passed away May 20, 2017. Blake was born October 25, 1995 in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Funeral service was held May 25, 2017 at Bethel Presbyterian Church, Clover, South Carolina. Interment was in Bethel Church Cemetery.
Survivors were his mother, Ashley Anna Madison, his father, Joseph David May, one sister, two brothers, paternal and maternal grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins.
