Biography

OBITUARY.....
Robert Hamilton "Bob" Currence, 73, passed away November 24, 2015 doing what he loved most: fishing.  Bob was born in York County, SC June 17, 1942  to the late Ray Alexander Currence and Elizabeth Huffstetler Currence.  He was a member of Bethel Presbyterian Church, Clover, SC.  He retired as an I.T. Specialist with Wachovia Bank. In addition to his parents, Bob was preceded in death by a sister, Nancy Currence.
The funeral service was held at Bethel Presbyterian Church November 29, 2015 with Revs. J. Marcus Van Vlake and Sara A. White officiating.  Interment was in Bethel Church Cemetery.
Survivors were his wife of 49 years, Janice Faris Currence, two sisters and a niece.
