Biography

OBITUARY......
Harold Henry "Ramho" McCarter, 82, died April 17, 2015 at the Wayne T. Patrick Hospice House, Rock Hill, SC.  Harold was born June 12, 1932 in York County, SC to the late Barber Finley and Flossie Mae Sipe McCarter.  He was preceded in death by his wife, Margaret Mitchem McCarter, sister, Sue M. Mullis, and brothers, R. H. and Ernest McCarter. He was a member of Bethel Presbyterian Church, Clover, SC. Mr. McCarter served in the National Guard as a Sergeant, was an Eagle Scout and Scout Master for many years.  He worked at the Bleachery for twelve years, Carolina Brick Stone for twelve years and was a carpenter and a painter and loved to hunt
A graveside service was held April 21, 2015 at Bethel Church Cemetery with Rev. Lee Dye officiating.
Survivors include one son and three daughters. Also surviving were ten grandchildren and two great-grandchildren, four sisters and four brothers.
