OBITUARY..........
Thomas Pressley Currence, 89, died January 23, 1997 at Piedmont Regional Medical Center, Rock Hill, SC. He was born October  12, 1907 to the late William P. and Carrie Harper Currence. He was  a native of York County, SC and husband of the late Elizabeth Moss Currence. He was retired from Rock Hill Printing and Finishing and was a retired farmer.
Funeral was held  January 25, 1997 at Scherer Memorial Presbyterian Church with Revs. Rick Lindsay and Wallace Tinsley officiating. Interment was at Bethel Church Cemetery.
Survivors were a son, Robert W. Currence, a brother, Harry C. Currence, a sister, Lavine Currence and two grandchildren.
