Biography

OBITUARY:
John M. Craig, Jr., 52, died May 14, 1958 at his home in Gastonia, North Carolina.
Mr. Craig was born in York County, South Carolina to the late John M. Craig and Mary Martha Glenn Craig. He had worked for Armour and Company for more than 25 years. He was a member of First Presbyterian Church, Gastonia, North Carolina and had lived in Gastonia most of his life. 
He was survived by six sisters:  Mrs. Clair Harper, Mrs. K. R. Lewis, Mrs. W. A. Dixon, Mrs. J. E. McNair, Mrs. H. H. Harper and Mrs. C. V. Briggs.  
Funeral services were held May 16, 1958 at McLean and Son Funeral Chapel, Gastonia, North Carolina with Dr. Harry M. Moffett officiating. Burial was in Bethel Church Cemetery, Clover, South Carolina.
