Biography

OBITUARY:
Mrs.Martha Adams Davis, 83, formerly of Belmont, North Carolina, passed away September 4, 2005.
She was born March 23, 1922, in Clover, South Carolina, to the late Robert Ewart Adams and Janie Belle Robinson Adams. She was the widow of the late Dr.Rufus Jackson Davis.
Mrs. Davis was a member of the Cramerton Presbyterian Church, Cramerton, North Carolina, and a former member of the Gaston County, North Carolina, Medical Auxiliary.
She was survived by one daughter, two sons, two sisters-in-law, six grandchildren, and numerous great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
In addition to her late husband, she was predeceased by a son and a daughter.
A graveside service was held September 8, 2005, in Bethel Church Cemetery. Clover, South Carolina.
M. L. Ford and Sons Funeral Home, Clover, South Carolina, assisted the Davis family.
