Thomas Meek Barnett Sep 22, 1912 - Dec 4, 1984

Rock Hill Herald, Dec. 5, 1984-BARNETT RITES,  Thomas Meek Barnett, 72, of Rt. 5, Clover, died  Tues, Dec. 4 at Gaston Memorial Hospital. Born Sept. 22, 1912 in York County, he was the son of Rufus Meek and Mary Campbell Barnett. He was a retired dairyman and lifelong member and officer of Bethel Presbyterian Church. Survivors include his wife, Maude Cox Barnett, one daughter, Mrs. Frank Falls, of Clover, one son, Joe W. Barnett of Greenville, SC and four grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 4 PM, Wednesday at Bethel Presbyterian Church with the Reverend Vernon West officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Bethel Presbyterian Church Deacon's Fund, Clover Resue Squad or the American Cancer Society.
