SACRED/TO/the memory/of/MATTHEW HARPER sen./who departed this life/January 15th/1841/aged 79 years 9 months,/and 14 days./The time draws nigh/I must go home,/Resign my body to the tomb,/I leave you all in Jesus arms/Whose bosom bears the tender Lambs.
Description:
Marble tablet with a granite lawn-style marker in front of the tablet. The granite marker has the inscription "MATTHEW HARPER/APR. 1, 1761/JAN. 15, 1841".
