OBITUARY:
James Bishop Brandon, 88, of Lake Wylie, South Carolina passed away February 17, 2016 at home.
Mr. Brandon was born August 9, 1927 in York County, South Carolina to the late Neal Glenn and Iona Currence Brandon.  He was an Army Air Force Veteran of World War II and retired from General Tire, Charlotte, Norh Carolina.  Mr. Brandon was a member of Scherer Memorial Presbyterian Church where he served as Elder. He was a member of Alpline Lodge 208 and a member of the Bethel Fire Department.
The funeral service was held February 19, 2016 at Scherer Memorial Presbyterian Church with Rev. Aaron Morgan officiating. Interment was in Bethel Church Cemetery.
Survivors include his wife, Jane Grigg Brandon, two sons, one daughter, one brother, two sisters and a number of grandchildren, great grandchildren and great, great grandchildren.
